Great sunshine today.  Ran with Brain and Margo through the DNR lands, then Brain and I ran up the sw face of Mt. Young.  Great Workout!

Brian, Jane, Ron and I ran early with a quick pace.  Ran around the golf course, then out to Fox Hollow and back.

Nice morning.  No too cold, most chilly.  Enjoyed the run.

Freakie Run In the Fog

I left the house around 4:30 with a plan to run about 13 to 14 miles.  I had my headlamp in a coat pocket and off I went down through town.  As I began this run, a thick fog was rolling in and I didn’t worry about it as I was going to be heading inland.  Wrong assumption.  The fog became so think and combining with the fading light, made running almost impossible as my headlamp was useless.

Recovery Run

Today was a nice and easy run, recovering from the hard 10 yesterday.  I ran the airport loop, then over and around towards Fox Hollow.  Chilly, wind off of the water, but a nice run.  Wore my new Brooks Nightlife pullover, which not only kept me the right temperature, but the bright color made me more visible on this dark and gray day.
